Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. In order to ensure the efficient operation of our business and to avoid disruption to our cleaning schedule, we have a cancellation policy in place.


1. Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled cleaning.


2. No-Show Fee: If our cleaners arrive at your premises for a scheduled cleaning appointment and are unable to access the property, or if you are not available to provide access, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of 100% of the total cost of your scheduled cleaning.


3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that we may not be able to offer the same time and day as your original appointment.
